We're evolving. Constantly. We believe and understand that our systems and processes define us and the rate that we can learn and grow at is driven by this. We change our system nearly every day, testing and analysing the result. This gives us great insight into how our customer's shop so we can constantly improve the experience.

We as a group now see our product as business models, fast, efficient and with key advantage.

Wholeheartedly we know this is not enough, it must be beautiful – not simply aesthetically but functional and intuitive.

History

Huan was originally a web design company, that built over 180 e-commerce and process systems for many leading companies. Young, smart and dynamic we were quickly recognised as a key developer. Winning several accolades and gaining a reputation for complex models and cool solutions, the business diversified into a design house. All the time the philosophy evolved and the business understanding grew.

Originally from Dumfries we re-located to Edinburgh in 2004-2005 and have made Scotlands capital our home. Our first in-house e-commerce venture was Gardeners World which grew so quickly it took over all aspects of the company, then by developing the systems to run this efficiently we launched into new markets.

Currently we are one of the UK's fastest growing e-tailors and are evolving into a multi channel retailer. Next year we have plans to manufacture our own lines and distribute.

On the systems side we have aspirations to launch our own suite of business tools and processing systems covering accounts, client managment, e-commerce, networking and supply chain management.
